We are quite happy in work to attend any special request such as serving hallal meats, vegetarian etc.

Our piglet has all bones removed before  it is seasoned with fine herbs, garlic and spices and left to  marinate for 24 hrs  getting ready to receive a mixture of white rice and vegetables.

It goes into to a wooden oven to be slowly roasted for up to 6 hours, getting crackling skin, a succulent, tender and tasteful meat.

Served with spring greens salad.
